Loud Yelling, Throwing Objects From Balconies is Not Allowed
In pursing the goal of the Ocean Forest Plaza Home Owners Association to maintain a "Family Oriented" Beach Resort, and in accordance with our Master Deed and By-Laws, the Board of Directors has hereby set forth the following policy.
Pursuant to The Master Deed, Section XVII, Page(s) 11 & 12 Paragraph (1)
No immoral, improper, offensive or unlawful use shall be made of any UNIT, the Common Elements or the Limited Common Elements, not any part thereof, and all laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental authorities having jurisdiction of the condominium shall be observed. No owner of any unit shall permit or suffer anything to be done or kept in his unit, on the Common elements or on the Limited Common Elements, which will increase the rate of insurance or the condominium, or which will obstruct or interfere with the right of other occupants of the building or annoy them by unreasonable noises, nor shall any such owner undertake any or practice which shall create and constitute a nuisance to any other owner of a unit, or which interferes with the peaceful possession and proper use of any other unit, the Common Elements or the Limited Common Elements.

(1) Throwing objects from the balcony is against S.C. law. Any guest or individual caught throwing objects from the balcony will be evicted from the Unit, no refunds will be given and damages (if any) will be collected and reimbursed to the Association or individual(s) to whom the property damages occurred. In addition, they may be arrested and prosecuted.
(2) Any guest(s) of an owner whether they be renting the unit, or staying at the invitation of an owner; heard yelling, whooping it up, and calling out obscenities from the balcony to people on the ground or pool area will be warned one time that this behavior at our family oriented establishment is not allowed. In addition, banging on walls, foot stomping or any loud noises that disturbs the surrounding units will not be tolerated. Once the guest(s) in the unit have been warned, and if the noise does not cease, they will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be given and if necessary the police department may be called to enforce the removal of the annoying guest(s) and they may be asked not return to the property.
